RevisitMD started with a simple observation: independent clinics rarely lose patients over bad care. They lose them because nothing brought them back. We're building the technology that closes that gap.
A patient who trusted a doctor enough to walk in once should have every reason to come back, and every reason to tell someone else about it. Most independent clinics have no system for that: no reminders, no check-ins, no record of who's due for a follow-up. RevisitMD is that system, a bridge that keeps the doctor-patient relationship alive long after the appointment ends.
Doctors for care.
RevisitMD for everything after.
Before RevisitMD, our founder ran a dietary food service for patients inside hospitals, which meant spending real time inside clinics and hospitals, watching how they actually operate. A pattern kept repeating: newly launched clinics and hospitals had a real visibility and discoverability problem, and the doctors running them had no time or training to market themselves. Word of mouth was doing most of the work, and word of mouth only happens when a patient feels cared for after they've left the room.
That's a self-branding and retention problem, and it's the same problem e-commerce solved years ago with simple, consistent customer engagement: someone remembering to check in at the right moment, instead of spending more on advertising. RevisitMD applies that exact discipline to healthcare, where it matters more.
Before RevisitMD, our founder ran a service delivering dietary food to patients admitted in hospitals, a front-row seat to how clinics and hospitals actually run day to day.
Newly launched clinics and hospitals kept struggling with the same two things: getting found by new patients, and getting doctors (who trained for medicine, not marketing) comfortable putting themselves out there.
Word of mouth was doing most of the heavy lifting for the clinics that grew. That's a retention and engagement problem, the same one e-commerce brands solve with a well-timed message instead of a bigger ad budget.
Built to bring that same discipline to healthcare: automatic, personal check-ins after every visit, so patients feel cared for and clinics stay top of mind, without anyone on staff having to remember to do it.
RevisitMD helps independent clinics automate post-visit care, chronic follow-up, and patient retention. The roadmap ahead is about giving doctors technology that helps them treat every patient even better.

A decade of building digital products people come back to (across e-commerce, real estate, and ed-tech) before a closer look at how hospitals and independent clinics operate revealed the same problem in a higher-stakes form. Founded RevisitMD to bring that same retention and engagement discipline to healthcare, where a check-in at the right moment matters more than almost anywhere else.
